A convoy of six Leopard 2A4 tanks conducted a training exercise on the D35 highway in the Olomouc region of the Czech Republic between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The 55-ton tanks repeatedly traversed a nearly seven-kilometer stretch of the highway, practicing road movement in formation. The exercise caused traffic disruptions as the designated left lane struggled to accommodate the volume of vehicles. Motorists reportedly filmed the tanks as they passed. The military exercise aimed to simulate the logistical challenge of transporting heavy armored vehicles by road. Authorities did not report any major incidents related to the training activity.
