Mongolia’s leading vegetable oil producer, “Ezegtei” (Mistress) brand, has joined a national initiative to reduce trans fat consumption and promote healthier diets. The company, comprised of “Selenge Factory” and “Delta Foods” LLC, demonstrated social responsibility by signing the pledge initiated by Dr. J. Amarsanaa. The campaign aims to protect public health by lowering trans fat content in food products and increasing consumer awareness. As global restrictions on trans fats intensify, Ezegtei reaffirms its commitment to providing safe, high-quality products. Currently holding 25% of the Mongolian vegetable oil market, Ezegtei also exports its rapeseed oil, branded “Natene Abura” under More Mora, to Japan, enhancing Mongolia’s food industry reputation internationally. The brand utilizes advanced technologies from Japan, Germany, and Italy, and prides itself on producing oil free from chemical additives and with 0% trans fats.
