Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to bolstering the creative industry in Lagos. This support will focus on skills development initiatives aimed at empowering professionals within the sector. Expanded training opportunities will also be a key component of the government’s strategy, ensuring a skilled workforce. Additionally, Lagos intends to invest in infrastructure improvements crucial for driving the creative industry’s growth. Hamzat made these pledges during the commissioning of Euphoria360 Hub, a new facility founded by actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo. The initiative demonstrates a collaborative effort between the government and private sector stakeholders in Lagos to foster a thriving creative economy.
