Kédougou’s Industrial and Mining Technical High School (LTIM) reported an 88.35% success rate in the 2026 secondary technical baccalaureate exams. Of 104 registered candidates, 99% participated, with 91 students passing – 42 male and 49 female. The STIDDE (Sustainable Industrial Development Sciences and Technologies, Electricity option) program achieved a perfect 100% pass rate with 19 successful candidates. The STEG (Economics and Management Sciences and Technologies) program also performed strongly, with an 88.46% pass rate (46 of 52 students). The STIDDM (Sustainable Industrial Development Sciences and Technologies, Mechanics option) program saw 81.25% success. Overall, the school’s performance across all exam groups (jury 1626) resulted in a 73.47% pass rate, highlighting the growing strength of technical education in the Kédougou region.
