Over 67 percent of participants in Kyrgyzstan’s national standardized testing, the ORT, achieved a score of 110 or higher, according to recent data. This information was released by Chinara Batrakeyeva, Director of the Center for Educational Assessment and Teaching Methods, during a broadcast on Birinchi Radio. The ORT serves as a key component of university admissions in the country. The results indicate a generally strong performance among test-takers. This success rate suggests potential improvements in the overall quality of secondary education or increased preparation among students. Further analysis will likely be conducted to understand the factors contributing to this outcome. The 2026 testing cycle saw a significant proportion of students meeting the benchmark for university eligibility.
