A group of volunteers from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) successfully concluded a camp focused on health and hygiene for children in Kyrgyzstan’s Chuy region. The “WaSH 2026” camp, held from June 1st to 11th in the Sokuluk district, accommodated 396 students from four local schools. The educational program aimed to promote healthy lifestyles and increase awareness of public health and hygiene practices. Participants engaged in activities designed to instill good habits and knowledge in these areas. The camp represents a collaborative effort between KOICA and local communities to improve child wellness. This initiative forms part of KOICA’s broader development projects within Kyrgyzstan, focusing on community health.
