Khan Bank, Mongolia's largest bank, is partnering with the Mongolian 3x3 Basketball Federation to host the country’s first professional training for 3x3 basketball coaches and referees. This initiative aims to elevate the sport to a new level in Mongolia. Khan Bank has been actively supporting youth sports and healthy lifestyles, previously building 3x3 basketball courts in multiple provinces and districts. They also host an annual tournament, expanding its scope to include a national championship for players under 18 in 2026. Recognizing the need for skilled officials alongside talented players, this new training program will focus on rules, competition organization, decision-making, and player development. Participants who complete the training will receive professional certification from the Mongolian 3x3 Basketball Federation, making the course open to anyone interested in becoming a coach or referee.
