According to the Eurasian Development Bank’s (EDB) September Macroeconomic Outlook, Kazakhstan is maintaining economic growth and a strong position in global capital markets despite increasingly difficult worldwide financing conditions. The report highlights Kazakhstan’s resilient economy, manageable public debt, and substantial external financial reserves as key factors supporting its access to capital. In the first seven months of the year, Kazakhstan’s GDP experienced a year-on-year growth of 4.1%. The EDB analysis suggests that these factors are bolstering Kazakhstan’s ability to navigate the tighter borrowing environment currently affecting the global economy. This positive outlook, reported by The Astana Times, underscores Kazakhstan’s strengthening economic standing. The report was issued from the Eurasian Development Bank.
