Kazakhstan has introduced eGov GPT, an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot providing access to 50 government services. Citizens can now interact with the chatbot to obtain services previously requiring a visit to a Public Service Center (PSC). The announcement was made by First Vice Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Rostislav Konyashkin on August 26th. This new initiative aims to streamline bureaucratic processes and enhance accessibility for the public. The service utilizes a chat-based interface for convenient user interaction. The launch of eGov GPT is part of a broader action plan focused on digital transformation within the country. This move signifies Kazakhstan’s commitment to leveraging AI for improved public service delivery.
