Haruna Katazza and David Mwesigwa impressed at the Rajiv Ruparelia Memorial Rally in Gulu with a remarkable performance. Piloting their Subaru Impreza N8, known as Magege, they consistently challenged leading competitors and secured a third-place finish overall. Their performance was marked by spectacular jumps and culminated in a victory in the Power Stage. Despite not winning, Katazza and Mwesigwa were widely considered the crew of the weekend for their spirited drive. Meanwhile, Mubiru emerged victorious in Gulu, claiming the top spot at the rally. The event showcased impressive rallying talent and local automotive engineering with the Magege Subaru. The rally’s success further cements Gulu’s position as a key location for motorsport in Uganda.
