Jihlava has officially opened its new railway station and central transport terminal. The project was the result of a two-year transformation of the city's old station facilities. The new gateway to the city was presented by the Railway Administration and city officials on Wednesday afternoon. Starting in December, the station will offer direct train connections to Prague. Future plans include a strategic connection to a high-speed rail line near highway exit 112. The development aims to modernize the city's infrastructure and improve regional connectivity. The site also features a new water jet installation.
