Recent measurements confirm exceptionally high seawater quality at nearly all Istrian beaches. The sixth examination of Istrian seawater, performed between July 28th and August 6th, revealed excellent results across the region. Only four beaches did not meet the highest standards, indicating widespread pristine conditions. These findings are crucial for the region’s tourism sector, reassuring visitors of safe and enjoyable swimming. The consistently high quality stems from ongoing monitoring and environmental protection efforts. This report reinforces Istria’s reputation as a destination with clean and healthy beaches.
