Alexandru Zidaru, known online as Makaveli, has been placed under judicial control for 60 days. The decision follows his questioning by the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal. Zidaru faces charges of tax evasion and complicity in tax evasion. Upon leaving the hearings, the influencer publicly admitted to the charges. He stated that he takes full responsibility for his actions. Furthermore, Zidaru committed to paying the resulting financial damages back to the state.
