The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (Kemenhaj) of Indonesia has requested that Umrah pilgrimage organizers (PPIU) and Umrah travel agencies ensure all services for pilgrims are fulfilled. This includes arrangements from departure until their return to Indonesia. The ministry is emphasizing the importance of complete service provision for those undertaking the Umrah pilgrimage. The directive aims to protect pilgrims and ensure a smooth and safe religious journey. Kemenhaj is prioritizing the well-being of Indonesian citizens participating in Umrah. This call for assurance encompasses both flight tickets and hotel accommodations, essential components of the pilgrimage package. Agencies are expected to proactively confirm all details before and during the travel period.
