Hundreds of cars converged for an illegal tuning rally in Čakovice, Prague on Friday evening, prompting a police response. According to Prague police spokesperson Jan Daněk, officers were deployed to ensure safety and address potential violations. By approximately 9:30 PM, the parking area had largely emptied, with roughly a third of the vehicles remaining. Police had been alerted to the planned gathering of up to a thousand tuned cars earlier in the week through social media and prepared extensive security measures. The event in Čakovice disrupted both vehicular traffic and public transportation. Authorities anticipate a similar event will occur on Saturday in Brno.
