Finnish police are investigating the discovery of a homemade explosive device found near a hiking trail in Vihti, a municipality west of Helsinki. A member of the public reported the suspicious object to authorities in the Harju area. Police have cordoned off the immediate vicinity as a safety precaution and are working to secure and dismantle the device.
