Malaysia’s National Anti-Drugs Agency (Nada) has issued a warning regarding the sale of modified water tumblers online. These tumblers are equipped with concealed compartments specifically designed to hide electronic cigarettes, or vapes, and potentially other contraband. The agency discovered the items being openly marketed on various e-commerce platforms. Nada expressed concern that these products facilitate the discreet use and distribution of vaping devices, particularly among younger individuals. Authorities are investigating the source and scale of the sales. The discovery highlights ongoing efforts to combat the illegal vape trade and prevent underage vaping. This new method of concealment presents a challenge to enforcement efforts.
