Several infrastructure units within the Ministry of Communications are facing significant delays in resource execution. Specifically, the Fopavi, FSS, and Udevipo agencies, which focus on housing and social development, report particularly low figures. These results were recorded at the close of the first semester. While general infrastructure units are also lagging, the social projection units show a more pronounced lack of progress. The data highlights a systemic failure to utilize allocated funds for social welfare. Consequently, critical housing and development projects remain stalled. This trend reflects a broader struggle within the ministry to meet its operational goals.
