Severe thunderstorms and heavy rainfall caused localized flooding and landslides in the Valašsko region of the Czech Republic on Wednesday. Residents of Karolinka and Velké Karlovice were affected, with floodwater entering dozens of homes. Train service between Halenkov and Velké Karlovice was suspended due to undermined tracks and remained halted until late Wednesday night.
