Consultations continue regarding the formation of the next government led by the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) in Morocco. The committee formed by PAM, headed by the designated and tasked Prime Minister, Fatima-Zahra Mansouri, received a delegation from the Progress and Socialism Party (PPS). The PPS delegation was led by its Secretary-General, Mohamed Nabil Benabdellah. Several leaders and members of the PPS’s political bureau accompanied Benabdellah during the discussions, which took place Wednesday evening. These talks represent another step in assembling a coalition government following recent elections in Morocco. The details of the discussions were not immediately released, but are part of a series of consultations being held by PAM. Further negotiations with other parties are expected soon.
