Defense Minister Antti Häkkänen addressed the outcomes of the NATO defense ministers' meeting in Brussels. During a press conference at NATO headquarters, Häkkänen emphasized that Russia is not the only concern in current threat assessments. He noted that China is becoming an increasingly significant problem for both Finland and the alliance. According to the minister, Russia has substantially deepened its cooperation with China. This partnership spans military technology, the defense industry, and economic support. Consequently, the strategic threat landscape is evolving beyond a bilateral focus on Russia.
