The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) prevented a government employee from travelling to the United Arab Emirates with a fraudulent no-objection certificate (NOC) at Multan Airport on Sunday. Mohsin Ali, a ward servant at the District Health Authority in Vehari, was attempting to board flight PA812 when the fake NOC was discovered during verification. Investigations suggest Ali obtained the forged document with the help of Naveed Imran, an official also at the District Health Authority, Vehari. Ali has been transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Multan for further investigation and legal proceedings. FIA Multan Zone Director Attaur Rehman commended the immigration team’s vigilance and affirmed continued efforts to combat document fraud. Rehman cautioned citizens against illegal travel methods and urged reporting of visa fraud to the FIA.
