The Ministry of Education has addressed recent online claims regarding leaked national and promotion exam materials. L. Ganbat, Director of the Educational Assessment Center, clarified that the allegations are unfounded. According to a 2018 ministerial decree (No. A425), the Center develops a blueprint outlining the scope and format of the national exams for each grade level. Schools then independently create specific questions and tasks based on this blueprint, resulting in a large number of unique exam versions across the country’s 700+ schools. Mr. Ganbat emphasized that there have been no reported instances of exam materials being compromised during testing. He further stated that the spring exam period for the 2025-2026 academic year has concluded, encompassing final exams for grades 5, 9, and 12, as well as promotion exams for other grades. The Ministry is now preparing for the upcoming university entrance exams and seeks to dispel misinformation circulating online.
