The Defense Resources Agency in Estonia is seeking to provide eighth-grade students with the opportunity to learn air-gun shooting. This initiative aims to equip students, should they desire, with this skill as part of a broader national defense education program. Approximately 20 schools across Estonia will offer in-depth national defense instruction at the conclusion of basic school this academic year. The program intends to enhance preparedness and awareness among young citizens. Participation is voluntary, allowing students to opt-in to the air-gun training component. This expansion of practical skills is intended to complement traditional classroom-based national defense curricula in Estonia. The Defense Resources Agency hopes to maximize student participation in these offerings.
