The Agency for the Implementation of Pancasila Ideology (BPIP) has initiated the verification process for candidates to become the national flag-bearer team, Paskibraka, for 2026. This year’s selection involves 228 top candidates from across the country. The verification activities are taking place in Jakarta from June 15th to 19th, 2026. BPIP is responsible for overseeing the selection of these young individuals who will have the honor of raising the Indonesian flag during national ceremonies. The Paskibraka team represents the nation’s youth and embodies the values of Pancasila, Indonesia’s state ideology. This verification stage is a crucial step in identifying those best suited to fulfill this prestigious role. The final team will be announced following the completion of the verification process.
