An intoxicated driver crashed into a gas station in West-Brabant last night. The incident occurred around 10:45 PM along the A58 highway near Etten-Leur. Fortunately, another driver who was fueling their vehicle at the time was unharmed, although their car sustained considerable damage. Footage shows significant damage to both vehicles and the gas station itself. Police report that the driver lost control of their vehicle, abandoned their Volkswagen Polo after the collision, and fled on foot. One of the responding officers pursued the fleeing driver on a bicycle borrowed from a witness at the gas station. The suspect was quickly apprehended and faces charges of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
