Ukraine's outgoing army chief has officially departed from his position. Upon his exit, he asserted that he is handing over command while the army is actively on the offensive. He specifically highlighted that 700 square kilometers of territory have been liberated this year under his leadership. Despite the change in his official status, he emphasized that his primary commitment remains the conduct of war. He stated that while specific posts may change, his core principle of service does not. The former chief vowed to continue serving Ukraine regardless of his rank. He concluded by affirming his dedication to the cause until a final victory is achieved.
