A literary evening held at Tirana Times and hosted by the Albanian Institute for International Studies celebrated the return of Manuel Montobbio to Tirana. Montobbio, a former Spanish ambassador to Albania and accomplished writer, presented his work centered around Albania’s identity and collective memory.
