Elite Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) forces in Dhaka, Bangladesh, have arrested three alleged members of a youth gang known as “Bhoira De” in the Pallabi area of Mirpur. The arrests, including a key member identified as Shishir Ahmed ইমন, occurred during a raid early Wednesday morning in the Mirpur-12 area. Also apprehended were Abdullah, 23, and Al Amin, 25. RAB-4 Additional Superintendent of Police, K.N. Roy Neoti, confirmed the arrests, stating they followed recent reports of gang activity in the Mirpur-Pallabi region. Authorities have not yet detailed the specific charges against the individuals. The operation signals a crackdown on youth gang violence in the capital city. Further investigations are underway to identify and apprehend other members of the “Bhoira De” group.
