A Dhaka court has granted a three-day remand for eight individuals arrested in connection with a midnight attack, vandalism, and looting incident at the Radda MCH-FP Centre in Mirpur-1, Dhaka. The order was issued on Thursday, October 8th, following an application by the investigating officer, SI Md. Atowar Rahman of Shah Ali Thana. The investigation officer had initially requested the remand on October 4th. The Radda MCH-FP Centre was targeted during the incident, resulting in property damage and theft. Authorities are currently questioning the suspects to gather further information regarding the attack and identify any additional individuals involved. This case highlights concerns about security at healthcare facilities in Dhaka. The court proceedings were presided over by Metropolitan Magistrate Nazmin Akhtar.
