Demolition of the gutted remains of building 34, located in the former Svit area of Zlin, will begin this Wednesday. The high-rise building was severely damaged by fire and will be completely leveled within approximately one month. The announcement was made by Marcel Schmidt, Marketing and Communications Director of Cream, the building’s owner. The demolition firm has now officially taken possession of the site. This marks the next step in redevelopment plans for the former Svit industrial area. Cream intends to clear the land for future projects. The demolition process will be closely monitored to ensure safety and efficiency.
