Danish State Railways (DSB) has reached an agreement to assume train operations currently managed by Gocollective in the regions of Mid- and West Jutland, and along the Svendborg Railway line. This move aims to ensure continued train service in these areas. The agreement details a full takeover of Gocollective’s existing traffic. Specifics of the financial terms were not immediately disclosed. DSB will now be responsible for maintaining schedules and providing transportation services to commuters and travelers on these routes. The transition is intended to be seamless, minimizing disruption for passengers. This acquisition strengthens DSB’s position as the primary rail operator in Denmark.
