The Czech Republic is increasing consular services in popular summer destinations like Croatia, Bulgaria, and Greece, mirroring previous years’ efforts. Foreign Minister Petr Macinka announced the preparations, which include a rapid deployment consular team ready to assist Czech citizens during emergencies abroad. This team will be dispatched to holiday locations if unforeseen events occur. Additionally, Czech police officers will participate in joint patrols with local law enforcement in Croatia and Bulgaria. These measures aim to provide enhanced support and security for Czech tourists during the peak travel season. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is prioritizing citizen safety while abroad.
