Czech professional football leagues are now allowing clubs to display the amount of added time remaining during matches on stadium clocks. This change, announced by the League Football Association (LFA), applies to both the first and second leagues. Previously, stadiums only showed the elapsed game time, leaving fans unsure of how much extra time would be played. The LFA believes this new feature will improve transparency and enhance the matchday experience for spectators. It aims to reduce frustration regarding added time, a frequent source of debate in football. The move is intended to provide clearer information about the remaining duration of play for both fans and teams.
