Companies within the Czechoslovak Group (CSG), owned by businessman Michal Strnad, have been awarded a $77.4 million contract to supply rifle ammunition to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Federal and Remington Ammunition, both part of CSG, will fulfill the order, which totals over 1.63 billion Czech crowns. The contract marks a significant win for the Czech-based defense conglomerate. Deliveries of the ammunition are scheduled to commence this year. This deal highlights the growing international reach of CSG and its subsidiaries in the defense industry. The FBI’s selection of CSG demonstrates confidence in the quality and reliability of their ammunition products.
