However, an industry specialist believes these climate-related challenges will not significantly impede China’s progress. China is continuing to invest heavily in nuclear power as part of its energy strategy, prioritizing consistent energy supply. The country appears to be better positioned to mitigate risks associated with extreme weather, displaying greater resilience. This divergence highlights differing approaches to energy security and climate adaptation between China and Europe.
