A major bridge construction project over the Dja River in southern Cameroon is progressing rapidly. The 90-meter structure, costing over 10 billion Central African CFA francs, is located on the Ngalla-Bissombo route within the Dja and Lobo department. The project aims to improve transportation infrastructure and connectivity in the region. Once finished, the bridge will significantly ease travel across the Dja River, a key geographical barrier. Construction is visibly advancing, suggesting the project remains on schedule. The new infrastructure is expected to facilitate trade and access to services for local communities. This development represents a substantial investment in Cameroon’s transport network.
