Seventy-eight Bangladeshi citizens have returned home from Cambodia, arriving at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Wednesday night via Thai Airways flight TG-339. This latest group brings the total number of Bangladeshis repatriated from cyber scam compounds in Cambodia to 221 within the past four days. Upon arrival, returnees were assisted by Civil Aviation Security and BRAC Migration representatives. The Bangladeshi government continues efforts to bring home citizens trapped in these illicit operations. These individuals were reportedly victims of cyber fraud schemes operating within Cambodia. Authorities are working to identify and dismantle these criminal networks, while providing support for returning victims. The repatriation process is ongoing, with further flights expected to bring back more Bangladeshi nationals.
