Dozens of homes in Bilthoven, near Utrecht, were evacuated after a vehicle containing potentially hazardous substances was discovered. Police have arrested two suspects believed to be connected to the vehicle, though their involvement remains unclear. Approximately 40 to 45 homes on Melkweg were evacuated, and residents were provided shelter at a nearby event center.
