Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS) has announced a 29-billion-baht (approximately $813 million USD) project, WellEra Bangkok, designed as a comprehensive wellness ecosystem. Located in the Lumpini district, the development aims to blend healthcare services directly into daily life, moving beyond a conventional real estate model. WellEra will not function as a typical property venture but rather as an integrated wellness destination. The project is currently under construction and is slated for completion in 2030. BDMS intends WellEra to offer a holistic approach to wellbeing, combining medical facilities with lifestyle elements. This significant investment underscores a growing trend towards preventative and integrated healthcare in Thailand.
