BAMA is recalling products containing kale across Norway following the discovery of a pesticide exceeding permitted levels. The recall affects items sold at REMA 1000, NorgesGruppen’s chain concepts – KIWI, MENY, Spar, Eurospar, Joker and Nærbutikken – as well as Bunnpris stores nationwide. Certain products are also available at select kiosks, petrol stations, and home delivery services. Products subject to the recall have best before/expiration dates ranging from August 2nd to October 2026. BAMA is actively working to remove the affected items from store shelves and urges consumers who have purchased them to discard them. The company released the information in a press release Friday evening. This recall aims to ensure consumer safety regarding potential pesticide exposure.
