Senegalese authorities arrested four individuals, including actress Mame Diarra Diop, known as “Diodio” from the series *Baabel*, following a viral video allegedly showing drug use. The arrests occurred in Mbao after a gendarmerie investigation launched by prosecutor Saliou Dicko. Police found the group inside an apartment and, after a standoff, conducted a search. The search revealed approximately one gram of cannabis, drug paraphernalia, and around 300 grams of a white powder suspected to be cocaine, which preliminary tests indicated was positive. The other individuals arrested were a taxi driver, a civil engineer, and a plumber. Authorities are continuing to investigate the case and the items discovered during the raid.
