A significantly lower-than-expected regional subsidy is the primary cause, leaving the facility 3.5 million Czech crowns short. Despite the imminent closure, regional authorities state there is still hope for the center’s preservation. Regional representatives will vote on further support in September, with the region optimistic about a favorable outcome. The amount of potential funding remains uncertain.
