The Fifty 50 Club, a non-profit organization comprised of AngloGold Ashanti employees and other corporate workers, has opened a new maternal and child health centre in Kyekyewere-Dadwen, Ghana. The centre, commissioned as part of the Club’s sixth anniversary celebrations, is fully furnished and intended to improve pediatric and maternal care access for the local community. The Fifty 50 Club operates with members from both Ghanaian and international organizations. This initiative demonstrates a commitment to community development beyond mining operations. The new facility will support the existing Kyekyewere-Dadwen Community Health Centre in providing essential healthcare services. The project highlights the role of corporate social responsibility in addressing local health needs.
