The Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has announced that there are no grounds for further action regarding the earnings of Minister Snežana Paunović. The case involves payments she received as the director of the Peć Pharmacy institution. Records indicate that the institution in question was officially shut down in 2021. Despite the closure of the facility, Paunović continued to receive a salary from the entity. Questions were raised regarding the legality of these payments after the institution ceased operations. However, the Agency concluded that no legal violations occurred in this instance. The ruling effectively clears the Minister of any wrongdoing regarding the funds received. This decision puts an end to the investigation into her financial compensation from the defunct agencyL pharmacy.
