Suryo claims the hearing at the South Jakarta District Court was infiltrated by “Termul,” a term he uses to refer to Jokowi supporters, alleging deliberate disruption. He believes this interference compromised the impartiality of the proceedings. The pre-trial motion seeks to challenge the legality of his arrest and the subsequent investigation. Suryo’s legal team intends to present evidence supporting his claims of political motivation and biased conduct. The court has yet to respond to the allegations of infiltration.
