Kateřina Burová, a 23-year-old footballer from Mosty u Jablunkova, has had her leg amputated due to a sudden illness, ending her promising career with Baník Ostrava and potential national team selection. Despite this life-altering setback, Burová is determined to pursue new athletic goals. Currently a student at a health school in Ostrava, she is now focusing on competitive para-skiing.
