An air alert was issued Thursday morning for the northern and eastern areas of Tulcea county, Romania. The RO-Alert message was triggered around 6:54 AM local time by the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU). As of yet, the Ministry of National Defence (MApN) has not confirmed any detection prompting the alert. Details surrounding the reason for the alert remain unclear. Residents in the affected areas received the emergency notification via the RO-Alert system.
