Malaysia’s Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) and 7-Eleven Malaysia have partnered to create employment opportunities for individuals undergoing rehabilitation after workplace injuries or illnesses. The collaboration will integrate PERKESO’s Return to Work program participants into 7-Eleven’s nationwide retail network. Participants will receive practical training and gain valuable workplace experience through placements at 7-Eleven stores. This initiative aims to facilitate a smoother transition back to employment for those recovering from work-related incidents. 7-Eleven Malaysia will offer potential job opportunities to successful participants, supporting their long-term career goals. The partnership was announced in Meru, Perak, and is expected to benefit numerous individuals across the country. This program underscores a commitment to social responsibility and workforce reintegration.
