The 2027 New Zealand Commercial Project Awards are now accepting entries, recognizing excellence in commercial construction across New Zealand. These awards celebrate the collaborative efforts of contractors, architects, engineers, and clients involved in outstanding projects. A new category, the Commercial Project over $50m Value Award, has been added to better benchmark large-scale developments. The Infrastructure Project Category will again highlight vital infrastructure projects – roads, bridges, and utilities – that serve New Zealand communities. Participation is open to all New Zealand-based commercial construction project partners, regardless of Master Builders membership. Interested parties are encouraged to review the categories and submit their entries promptly.
